HMM...

Incredulous.

Just like you are holding the ball and then discover suddenly you are surrounded by multiple players.
You dont know what to do.
You hesitate.
You try to weave, but to no avail.
You try to maintain composure, but you dont have that time.dont have that space.
You attempt to earn a foul.
And bang. you are out for the next game.

What you should have done is release the ball. Earlier.

~Sometimes we overestimate our holding-up-ball ability~

SAFETY

Concerns.Worries.Precautions.

Now how often do we find ourselves in this. On playing safe and keeping things under control, or treading into unclear,yet-to-defined boundaries. It always turns out that the generally-perceived-as-secure option takes the upper hand after all. Perhaps it's considered more important to protect what you have, rather than surging into unknown territories. Perhaps it's the global picture that matters. Perhaps it's thinking as a BIG picture we ought to learn. In competitions, soccer for me, it's always safety first. You clear the ball out of play in order to delay opponents'advances. You wouldnt take chances. Cos the price may be too high to pay. During major exams, you adhere to the prim and proper because you fear derailing off course will cost u dearly.

When it comes to such decisions, many would choose to be a wussy. That's why i admire people who DARE to. Not totally about guts though. Cos they have thought about concerns too. They understand it too. Sometimes, it's the feeling that you know you will just do it. And come out of it fine. Even if you are unsure, the luck will be there to assist you.

Yet.Hindrances appear. Have you thought about/for others? BIG picture again. Or should we just give a pass and heck others. The selfish doctrine of one. SO. Most probably we will end up compromising, doing a bit for ourselves, abit for others.

There is no right or wrong? It's all about balancing on the balancing beam?

I only know that the sacrificesssss must be worth it.
